WHEATLEY WANDERERS JFC PRESENTATION CEREMONY 2019
Wheatley Wanderers JFC are delighted to announce that we will hold the annual presentation ceremony this year at Castle Park Rugby Club, Armthorpe Road, Doncaster, on Saturday 8th June 2019 from 11.30am to 7pm over two sesions.The event will celebrate the 2018/19 Season and see all players presented with their trophy during the event. There will be a photographer present, DJ/disco, entertainment, raffles, and fun football related games during the event.
Food will be provided for all players and there is also food available for parents/guardians, brothers/sisters, and other guests at specially agreed rates as follows:
Castle Parks Famous Homemade Cow Pie (Steak & Potatoes) served with Chips, Mushy Peas, Mint Sauce and Gravy at £8.00
Sausage & Chips at £3.50
Should you wish to have food during the event we will require your order and payment returning to your team coach by Saturday 18th May 2019 at the very latest. Please complete and return the reply slip below with your payment.
Session 1
Arrival at 11.30am for the older age groups. U11, U12, U16R, U16B and the Adult AC teams. You need to arrive before 12.00. Food will be served during the afternoon and the session ends at 2.30pm.
Session 2
Arrival at 3.00pm for the younger age groups. U6, U7 Red, U9 Red and Blue, and U10 Red and Blue teams. You will need to arrive before 3.30. Food will be served during the afternoon and the session ends at 6.30 to 7pm.
